Good idea, but I sure hope they don't forget to convert it. They'd need an RGB sensor to intake the light color from the object, but then it needs to be converted to CMYK for the pigments. Pigments mix together differently than light does. There would be another conversion element from the sensor to the mixture used in the pen.

I like the Idea, but would be usefull in real life? Anyways, it would be a nice gadget to have around.

its tecnically wrong
it has to combine cmy or cmyk you cannot mix rgb colors without getting darker and darker

No idea what it would be useful for, but I like the concept of eyedropper tool goes IRL.
