You do realize that most of the people who are unprepared are in poverty right? These are the kind of people who don't read things on the internet and didn't know the transition was coming until the recent TV ads. While I agree the date for the transition shouldn't be changed, I do wish they would get more funding behind the coupon program. I'm sure most of the people who got the coupons early where the people who least needed them.

Dabbith: You do realize that the commercials have been on TV for about a year, right? Now I know many are in poverty, but changing to June after having all that time is not going to change anything. Maybe a couple more will have changed over, but not many. I think most probably won't really care until their TV stops functioning.
