    i just looked this up in japanese and apart from the unusual name, it has nothing to do with pee. the product comes with a lotion pack which you apply to your feet. its common for japanese to use english words without any regard for their meaning, or are oblivious to it. in this case, i think its the latter, where the pronunciation of the product's name is transcribed in english. amusing, nevertheless.
