    @mcman: Wow you're right! They are lying to us! But why? Only the real Snake can explain this mystery. We shall not rest until we find him. I'll search all the weddings in the northern hemisphere, you take the southern. Good luck my friend!

    LOL. Come on guys, be nice to mcman. He's one of our most loyal commenters. I'm sure we can all forgive his momentary lapse of blind credulity at everything we report. plus he may have a point. I believe I detect a slightly tighter radius in the middle of the earlobe of the alleged real life snake than the virtual one. I don't believe we can call this one a definite without further forensic evidence.

    Listen cracking wisenhimers! I have no idea who Snake what's his name is nor do I care. I do realize that he's obviously in some video game but since I have a life, I don't play video games. The point is that lots of video game characters are modeled after real people and many of them are not famous. IE: the guy that was getting stiffed by the GTA people.

    I was merely pointing out the differences and yes I did know that the entire story was for comic relief. However, I can take it and @2 did throw out a pretty good one.

    yeah, way to go marcus. if your gonna try and participate in a conversation, get your facts straight. although you are correct with the name old snake, proving that you might have played the game for maybe 5 or 6 hours, or who knows, maybe you are one of those people that skips all of the cutscenes.

    at a wedding of an uncle he hadn’t seen in quite a few years. Of course the reason he took the photo was because it turns out his uncle is obviously Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid.
