This is something new to me. I'm used to the normal vending machines that already has packed food, colas and coffee.
It's just now that I got the picture. A person fills out the order on the screen, pays, and then the crew will cook the food and bring it out. How about if the customer needs some food customization though??
I'd definitely want to try this one out in the near future. I hope they get to do it at Mcdonald's :)

I can forsee the cashier being replaced with a 'food handler' Noodle shops in Japan already have systems like this and you never get your order screwed up, even with the language barrier. Great stuff!

I don't mind talking with people while I am shopping but as picky consumer who likes their double hamburger plain without cheese, I can only imagine that a kisko system would greatly increase the chances that my hamburger will be made correctly the first time around.
