    The only solution to stained carpet is new carpet. None of these things work for shit. Sure, they can show you what was pulled out of your carpet, but the stain/mark is always there.

    I agree, and Bissell products are crap.... we have a vacum and deep cleaner and both broke within first 2 months of use!!!
