I heard about this story on the Tuesday Night Tech show, which is pretty funny. It was on the latest episode at tuesday night tech dot com I think. Pouge OUT!

yeah, sounds great, but are they going to be recycleable?
It's probably some sort of double walled container with an ammonium chloride pouch in it, use some sort of dohicky to mix this with a quantity of water and you'll drop the temperature.
Or you could have a compressed gas expanding and drawing out heat from the liquid.
Either way it's going to be fun to try and recycle these.

You idiot, it doesnt keep it cold longer, just makes it cold when you want it to rather then having to be mande cold through the use of a external fridge.
