Big Problem is it's hard to get individual Servings of Anything "Perishable" these days...
It would be great for single people if you could go to the store and get maybe a 3rd of a loaf of bread and other items that you knew you would end up eating by the end of the week or next before they went bad...
Of course people in the same immediate area could just pool their money and but what was needed for 20-50 people and eat like in the old days of Tribes...
