Hackers Break Kindle DRM
1) it doesn't happen.
2) carseats have their own set of internal restraints, so if someone were to tug on the child the whole seat would come too.
The main thing for people with kids is convenience (and courtesy for those who care about such things). If the rig folds into something more compact that can be stowed, it's a lot more convenient (and courteous) than the check-at-the-gate Mercedes-Benz-size stroller.
That's how I came across Luke's crazy article! His worry about child snatching is ludacris. You're in an airport for goodness sake! There is more security there than practically anywhere! To snatch my child, they have to take the car seat and the suitcase with them! It would be a challenge for a child snatcher! All we had were approving smiles and nods and well wishes from other family travelers and onlookers.
It easily allowed us to bring our car seat on the plane with us. We really wanted our own car seat on the plane and on vacation with us. It was a great solution for us. So much so that even getting off the plane, my daughter fell asleep as we were landing, and we didn't even have to wake her up. We just attached her car seat to the carry-on right in the aisle, and wheeled her off the plane and she kept on sleeping! We were in awe! Try that with any other 'device'! I dare you, Luke! Oh that's right, you don't have any children.
Anyway, the TOTEaTOT completely lived up to its claims. It was great for us and I'd recommend it. Thanks for reading!
I just returned from vacation. I used the TOTEaTOT and was so impressed it with that I decided to google it to see what other people are saying about it. That's when I came across Luke Anderson's TOTEaTOT hysteria!
I practically laughed aloud when I read his baby-snatching fears! The child is strapped into the car seat which is strapped to the suitcase. The child snatcher would have a hard time making a quick get-away pulling the child with the car seat and the suitcase! Not only that, but child-snatchers? Really?!?! The airport, these days, has got to be one of the safest places with all the security. All we had were approving smiles, nods, and well wishes from other families and travelers.
It was the first time that I got to my seat on the plane not completely exhausted and drenched with sweat from head-to-toe. It was easy, easy, easy. Lugging a large, heavy car seat over my shoulder through the airport? Not so easy. Having your child on the plane for a long flight without their car seat? Not so easy. Using the TOTEaTOT to transport my daughter, her car seat, my carry-on suitcase, through the airport? Very easy.
If Luke has any questions, I'd be happy to clue him on the TOTEaTOT and traveling with little ones!! Thanks!
