    "Silicon" is the brittle semiconductive chemical element. The rubbery stuff is "silicone" with an E.

    Already corrected, yay. Worth mentioning, the error didn't originate on this site but was carried over from the original product description!

    Yep, thanks for mentioning it too. I did notice that ThinkGeek referred to it as 'silicon' and that's primarily why I spelled it that way. But you're right, it was probably supposed to be 'silicone' in the first place.
