  Gadgets have a guaranty but is it guaranteed that the girl will "put out"? If not, I'd go for the gadget.

  Since most of the women that audition for the show are probably unknown actress/model/shallow/hollywood hunting/etc.. types I would take the gadget. The women would only be there for exposure and I don't mean the good kind. You are just a tool they are using to get discovered.

  The deck is heavily stacked in the girl's favor. The reason I say this is because of the studies that have been done on rational decision making. If you currently have something, you are more likely to try and keep it even if it's an unsure bet. The Gadget is the only logical choice unless getting a date is worth roughly $2000 to you.

  If the gadget could be worth as low as $2000,logical choice is the gadget..Girls that cost so low,are probably only to be watched!

  The gadget. Really, a date with a girl you "got" on a TV show? You can get laid without going through all that trouble and you'll have a new gadget.
  
  (But I'm a girl, not sure if my opinion matters here or not :D)
