To be immortal would be really cool, assuming you didn't get bored of life eventually. However, lets get one thing straight: death is a GOOD thing. Maybe it's hard to appreciate while you're lying in bed with terminal cancer, but death is a necessary part of life. If you take out death, you get extreme overpopulation, infinitely more polution, and the cheating of the already cheated natural selection of humans. There are many other reasons but this is just food for thought.

    I have two questions:

Who will gets th technology that extends life indefinitely?

    Who will control the technology?

Someguy is a moron, with extended life comes respect for life in higher terms, so you not NEED to keep mating for overpopulation, you see your results through out the years of your footprint on life, see, your thinking in a limited I gonna die in 80 years way, when you live for 100 of years, you do not over populate, Trees live for 100's of years and we sure do NOT have a overpopulation problem with those, trust me, there WAY to many morons to allow you to overpopulate death is not a good thing in any idealistic way you make it
