I've heard how light can really effect your sleep pattern! Our bodies aren't made to wake up in darkness at all...

Re: Glo Pillow Wakes You Up Gently

are you kidding me, how could their be a study that proves it works on EVERYBODY moron

Re: Glo Pillow Wakes You Up Gently

Wow, I'd love to grab one of these. I HATE waking up in the morning, and am usually very unpleasant to be around. If this could produce more peaceful results in the morning, I'd have to get one for the sake of my family. :D

Re: Glo Pillow Wakes You Up Gently

It’s a very good idea about glowing pillows, Naturally we wake up when light falls on our eyes so its possible to wakeup early and also we have many types of pillows which I browsed can also help you out.

Re: Glo Pillow Wakes You Up Gently

Is there any study to prove this works on everyone? I'm really curious. My boyfriend complains that my reading light disturbs him when he's trying to go to sleep, but I can sleep even with a lightbulb shining in my eyes. But maybe I just don't realize that it's the light that wakes me in the morning... (which could be one reason why I can be functional at 9 but not at 6)
