I think parents with teens who are driving for the first time would pay that amount gladly. It's always a good idea to know where your car is and how fast it's going especially if your not the one driving it.

Yeah, I don't think it's necessarily designed to be used wholly for theft. Twenty bucks a month to know where your kid's car is at all times is a steal. If you're a small business, owner, you might prefer a cheaper passive tracker that just records data for you to analyze later, but like Christian said, parents will jump at the chance to have instant access to this data.
