I just got back from the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Amazing. I couldn't get enough of the fact that I was standing 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. Sure, I caught a bit of vertigo, but being a bit of a thrillseeker, I got over it. Total blast for me and the kids. Plenty of ways to get there, too, especially if you based in Las Vegas. We went in November 2007 and were scared to death but I agree--the hassle and the cost were worht saying you did it!

Went with my family during Thanksgiving holiday. Was impressive and beautiful once we got on it. The road getting there is terrible, buying the tickets is very unorganized but the view is worth it. Have patience and go for it.

Good place to push the rapist and criminals over the edge--look at the monies saved by state and government--Just my opinion.
