First cut is the same as every other cut, just slide the wedge shape under the pizza and cut away. Still...I don't see anything i couldn't do with a regular scissor and a spatula.

the ones posted in gizmodo are more ergonomically thinked, you don´t have to twist your hand to take a piece, but i still don´t see how do you make the first cut
