The rear wheels on the cart are fixed, it will steer. Not well, but it will steer.

Good idea. I think the "carobike" would steer better with the cart mounted in the back

Brake is on the back, Einstein. The one thing not illustrated are the hearing protectors. The noise rivals that of a departing jet.
