David, I know exactly how you feel, TechEBlog spent the most part of Friday down because of excessive traffic/CPU usage. Just purchased a new server so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Sage advice. I have been involved in Disaster Recovery for almost every firm I have worked for in the past 15 years, and there is nothing that is more important than a secure backup. Oh, and while you are at it, take time to test your backup from time to time.

David, my site was in the same boat, it experienced 12+ hours of downtime yesterday. Just bought a new server so hopefully everything runs smoothly from here on out.

The Million Dollar Homepage just had some downtime from hackers a few days ago as well! Hope this isn't a common occurence.
These Hackers when are they gonna Stop unless there a WorldWide Launch on Hackers its pretty Much IMpossible to Stop them some Yeah but not everyone and Anyways there are Important Issues in the World instead of the Internet but i aint Saying Shame on Ohgizmo just that Hacking Always happens and they aint gonna stop until you have a Super Duper Security on your Site
