This modell looses definatly against the one i personally own which you use together with your vacuum cleaner.
By the way, that stuff is normally for babies, who are too little to clean their own nose. The kid shown above looks a bit old not being able to do that.

Yes, it's quite useful for babies (even without the added vacuum cleaner boost).
What they don't say is that when you use it, your baby is definitely not going to react with that relaxed smile...

In a similar vein, have you seen the baby-vac demo?

Wow, and I thought this only something that the guys from SkyMaul could come up with. http://www.kasperhauser.com/skymaul_site/html/h...

OMG, that is just disgusting. I just threw up in my mouth a little. BTW, that kid look a *little* too happy to have that plastic thing shoved up her nostril.

    What's next? The Buttfrida?

I've seen this thing everywhere from BoingBoing to Gizmodo, and every time all I see is that kid's idiot grin. She looks like she's about to let out a high-pitched "ha-yuck!" a la Goofy. Seriously, is that the only picture there is of this stupid device?

I have one of these, and so do all my other friends with babies, it is the best snotsucker in the world! The people that are grossed out by this must not have their own kids. Nosefrida rocks.

Do the adults get a buzz from child snot? Am I missing out on something here? XD

@anonymous: Indeed, the babies hate it and try to struggle away, so you need four hands to use it.

I just went to the Nosefrida website and there are tons of pictures of other kids.... babies too. I think it looks like an ingenious product for all us parents who know that kids up until 2 years of age can not blow their own nose at all. It's also recommended by a ton of pediatricians, so this is something I am going to order for sure.
