    I wouldn't think it would be that hard to come up with a template you can print off and use to cut cardboard into a shape that can be folded into this. And that would only cost $0.
    The main difficulty would be that you'd have to account for different sizes of power cords, but I don't think that would be that big of an issue.

    keeping cell phone chargers and stuff like that plugged in when not in use is a bad idea. they drain power even though they aren't doing anything. badbadbad
