Hmmm, I don't know. Somehow it just looks really awful compared to a real sauna. The sauna is not so much about just the heat, but also the ventilation, being down to earth (the connection with wood, warmth, water), comfort without crawling and so on.
It is an alternative, but it is not significantly better than the sauna belt or some other gadget advertised on the TV shop :)
Sounds like yet another pale representative of a true sauna :)

I've tried one of these things before at the doctor's office that I use to work in and let me tell you...I LOVED IT! It was so relaxing yet at the same time benificial to my health and also helped with weight loss. If you are thinking about getting one of these...you will not be disappointed.
