I like modular features myself and I am intrigued to learn that this product can reach 18,000 rpm. It sure has my full attention.

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

I have the nutone Kitchen center from 1975 Everything still works perfect. But back then it operated 8 appliances. Fruit juicer, shredder-slicer, meat grinder, can opener, knife sharpener, ice crusher, blender and mixer. Having all these attachments make it worth having.

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

Amazing the things they come out with. But you know what else you can cook right on your stove? Home made beer!

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

That's a nice piece of kit. I definitely need some space-saving gadgets... I have a blender and a juicer... and that just about uses all the space in my tiny kichen. I did have thoughts about buying a good coffee maker, but I'd have to keep it in the sink or something like that. This is one for my Christmas shopping list....

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

This unit is much better than old one much quiter to
and the new modules are dish washer safe

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

My old kitchen still has the Nutone model with all the features of this new one, plus a knife-sharpener.

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

well the thermomix made by Vorwerk something that can do that, too.
http://www.vorwerk.com/de/t...

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

These have been around quite a while; a friend of mine has one, the "modules" leak and make it difficult to clean.

Re: The TCC Kitchen Center, A Modular Cooking Apparatus

Nothing new.
