Now that I know what it can do I am also interested if this little appliance is energy efficient. I like modular features myself and I am intrigued to learn that this product can reach 18,000 rpm. It sure has my full attention.

I have the nutone Kitchen center from 1975 Everything still works perfect. But back then it operated 8 appliances. Fruit juicer, shredder-slicer, meat grinder, can opener,knife sharpener, ice crusher,blender and mixer. Having all these attachments make it worth having.

That's a nice piece of kit. I definitely need some space-saving gadgets... I have a blender and a juicer... and that just about uses all the space in my tiny kichen. I did have thoughts about buying a good coffee maker, but I'd have to keep it in the sink or something like that. This is one for my Christmas shopping list....

This unit is much better than old one much quiter to
and the new modules are dish washer safe

My old kitchen still has the Nutone model with all the features of this new one, plus a knife-sharpener.

These have been around quite a while; a friend of mine has one, the "modules" leak and make it difficult to clean.

Nothing new. Had the same type unit made by Nutone in out kitchen back in the early 1960's.
