  • How about you softmod an original Xbox and add neo-geo, atari, mame, etc? www.xbox-scene.com or a google search on "xbox softmod -360" will get the job done.
  • Modding an xbox still does not let you play all your original carts. I like playing my saved game on Secret of Mana where I'm already level 99 and max stats on everyone. Also you do not get the good "slow down" effects on an emulator like what makes the game Tetris Attack so much fun. Go head to head with someone and when it gets hot and heave 9:59 in (the time is stuck at that btw - we have no idea how long matches actually take) the slow down when you destroy the huge blocks is the only way to get ready for the next droppings.
  • I bought one and the Genesis looks really terrible. The Snes looks ok, and the NES looks great, but the sound is unlistenable. There is a very loud buzzing when playing NES games. The controllers are also very cheaply made, with extremely short cords. I wouldn't recommend this at all.
