You only need one. Keep it in your pocket and use it for all your lens. I even use it for my point and shoot cameras. You don't even have to buy the expensive ones. I brought one for $5.99 on ebay and its the best digital camera investment I ever made. Everyone should try it

Re: baLens White Balance Lens Cap

I agreed. The one that fits your largest lens. For other lenses you can just hold it in front of the lens.

Re: baLens White Balance Lens Cap

I had a similar thing - an ExpoDisc. I found that while it did produce accurate results, I rarely used it above my own judgement. Unless you need accurate faithful color reproduction (as opposed to aesthetic matching), this is probably a waste of money. It's slightly more useful as a lens cap than the standalone model of the ExpoDisc, which isn't sturdily attached enough for a mobile photographer, but remember that you'll have to get one for each of your lenses or the odds are that you won't have it when you need it. I prefer the simple solution - use your hand as a grey card. Calibrate with a grey card in the shot, then swap out your hand and calibrate against the difference. In the future, you can just use your hand and work backwards from there.
