  • I'm a bit naive about glucose testing - when I watch my friends with diabetes test their blood sugar, it usually involves being pricked with a sharp point, causing a drop of blood to appear, which is then carefully places on a one time use testing strip, which is then inserted into the glucose monitor.

    The quote: "samples the driver's blood glucose level every few minutes" suggests a radically different way of testing blood sugar levels - or else the driver is going to be very distracted....
