Kirk is the best. Picard is a whiner, especially when confronted by Q. Kirk drinks Suarian Brandy, kicks ass, and gets all the women. Picard drinks Earl Grey Tea (!), gets his ass kicked in every fight, and cowers in his relationships. Patrick Stewart has been quoted as saying we are wasting our efforst/money/time on space and should focus on Earth.
