IF they could get the price down another 10K , they'd likely be able to sell double the amount they could produce.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is what the Chevy Volt should be.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Business idea #527:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Battery swapping stations along major I's. Probably about 5 years off but I'd imagine it would be a viable side business for gas station owners. Drive 280 miles, stop in to a Super TA along I-90 and for say $20 you get a fresh 300 mile battery.
