    Its a shallow victory at best ... Its like Time Warner infecting you with HIV and then offering free medication with a clause they can end the 'free' at their convenience. Or like giving Germany back to Hitler cause he said he was really sorry.

    The only way Time Warner is going to understand the 'error of their ways' is to be put out of the ISP business. Those fortunate to be in competative markets should drop TW asap.
